Earlier this year Zen Pinball was unveiled for the PS3 while Pinball FX hit the Xbox 360 system back in 2007. It now looks like the pinball fever has been shifted to the handheld console. According to GamerBytes, a new pinball game may soon be on its way to the PSP platform featuring titles based solely on the Sony franchise.
ESRB hinted that four games would take the limelight within the new pinball title apparently dubbed as Pinball Heroes. These include Uncharted, PAIN, High Velocity Bowling and Hot Shots Golf. All these titles will receive their own pinball table in the game. The pinball games based on these very games features the distinct themes and artwork of each game. When the ball is deployed it will encircle and hit targets and objects that are based on the respective games.
For example, in Pinball Heroes: Uncharted, the ball travels through silhouetted character targets, around a crashed airplane and rebound off bumpers that are fashioned like gold coins. In Pinball Heroes: High Velocity Bowling the ball is hit by the paddle and heads towards pins, bowling balls and a jukebox.
Apparently Zen Studios is responsible for developing this pinball game as well. No official word on the pricing and availability yet.
