Most of the games released on the PlayStation Network are quite fun to play and when you go through them, you do feel that these games should have been released on the PlayStation Portable. Now Sony has sent word about PSN Collection Packs that will be released on Universal Media Disc (UMDs) for the PSP.
So what exactly are these Collection Packs from the PlayStation Network? Well, these things will let PSP gamers get their hands on previously download-only titles. What’s more, they have themed the PSN Packs for portables, so gamers will be able to choose from different genres such as shooters, puzzler or adventurers!
Sony has already released details of some of the PSN packs. First up there is the Puzzle Pack that consists of Lemmings, Go! Sudoku and Go! Puzzle. It will be out in mid-October this year. The other pack consists of games such as flOw, Beats and Syphon Filter: Combat Ops and is called as Power Pack. It will be out in late-October 2008.
Sony has promised that they will be releasing more such PSN Collection Packs for the PSP in 2009.
