Crave to make World Championship Cards for PS2, PSP

Crave Entertainment is bringing a collection of card games to Sony’s PlayStation 2 and PSP. These games will feature an online multiplayer mode that allowsPS2 and PSP gamers to compete against each other. Crave, which is sharing publishing and developing rights on World Championship Cards, also stated that up to eight people can play online at the same time.

World Championship Poker Logo A few platform-specific features will also be included in Crave’s follow-up to its range of poker games. The PSP version of the game will support wireless, multiplayer for up to eight players, while the PS2 version will interact with the system’s USB headset and EyeToy camera. Both the versions include a create-a-player mode.

Crave flaunts more than 30 varieties of card games, a list that includes bridge, crazy eights, cribbage, gin rummy, hearts, solitaire and spades. The PS2 version of World Championship Cards will retail for $14.99, while the PSP version will be priced $19.99.
