The latest list of PS3 releases that are planned for this week includes the much anticipated DmC: Devil May Cry and the recently revealed BioShock: Ultimate Rapture Edition. Moreover, PSN will also be getting a few titles in digital form. These include the Angry Birds Trilogy and PS2 Classics such as Disgaea: Hour of Darkness and Siren. For the PS Vita, there’s Corpse Party: Book of Shadows which will be hitting the service as well.

DmC: Devil May Cry

The highlight of this week’s PS3 releases, Capcom’s DmC: Devil May Cry, is set in an alternate reality within the classic Devil May Cry series. Its story begins when Dante learns that he is in Limbo City, a place which appears calm at first, but alters into a completely different location all of a sudden. It gets filled with demons and other creatures who’re attempting to kill Dante whenever they see him. This hack and slash, beat ’em up title has been infused only with single-player experiences, and will be made available via the PS Store, apart from retail of course.

BioShock: Ultimate Rapture Edition

As we had reported some days back, BioShock: Ultimate Rapture Edition is a bundle containing the first two games from the immensely acclaimed series as well as their DLC packs. It will be hitting store shelves tomorrow, and will have its price set at 29.99 USD (approx. Rs. 1,650). Moreover, it also comes replete with Museum of Orphaned Concepts content which grants gamers a rare look at the early concept art and character models that never made it into the games.

It will be landing on PSN this week, and will bring with it 290 levels as well as support for regular free updates. Corpse Party: Book of Shadows acts as a sequel to Corpse Party: Blood Covered, and will be launched for the PSP as well as the PS Vita through tomorrow’s PS Store update.

Angry Birds Trilogy

The final two of this week’s PS3 releases are PS2 Classics that will be hitting PSN tomorrow. These include the much loved Japanese RPG, Disgaea: Hour of Darkness and the 2003 survival horror title, Siren.
