PSN Ultimate Editions will Deliver Discounts on PS3 Game Bundles

Starting today, the PS Store will be seen selling PSN Ultimate Editions, which are basically bundles containing PS3 games and all their DLCs, being sold at discounted rates. These value added packs will be doled out at even lower rates to PS Plus members, and the sale will only be valid till June 4, 2012.

While regular PSN users will be able to acquire these Ultimate Editions with 30 percent price cuts, PS Plus subscribers will be able to avail of 50 percent discounts on them. First among the lot is Red Dead Redemption which sells with its Legends and Killers, Liars and Cheats and Undead Nightmare packs at 27.99 USD (approx. Rs. 1,545).

The InFamous 2 Complete Edition is priced at 33.99 USD (approx. Rs. 1,875), whereas BioShock 2 with its Character Pack, Minerva’s Den, The Protector Trials, Rapture Metro and Sinclair Solutions DLCs goes for 27.99 USD (approx. Rs. 1,545). According to a post on the official PlayStation blog, MotorStorm Apocalypse, Just Cause 2 Ultimate Edition and L.A. Noire: The Complete Edition are placed at 50.49 USD (approx. Rs. 2,785), 20.99 USD (approx. Rs. 1,160) and 27.99 USD (approx. Rs. 1,545), respectively.

Furthermore, Call of Duty: Black Ops with its First Strike, Escalation, Annihilation and Rezurrection packs can be purchased for 66.49 USD (approx. Rs. 3,670), and Mafia II with all its DLCs is downloadable at 20.99 USD (approx. Rs. 1,160). The last set in this range is that of Mortal Kombat which kicks in the Warrior Bundle and Klassic Skins Pack 1. It has been slapped with a price tag of 34.99 USD (approx. Rs. 1,930).

Gamers looking to pick up the PSN Ultimate Editions should note that they are available only till June 4.
