As announced by Sony earlier this week, Grand Theft Auto 3 was supposed to hit PSN with the latest PS Store update, but an ‘unforeseen complication’ has apparently forced Sony to not publish it. It’s being said that some last minute issues with a certain audio track within the title has prevented it from hitting the service.
