PS Plus Subscribers to get The Simpsons Arcade Game for Free This February

Konami’s 1991 classic, The Simpsons Arcade Game, is all set to be doled out for free to PS Plus subscribers later this month. Moreover, this Valentine’s Day, they shall also be entitled to a free download of Far Cry 2, while a number of Sega Genesis games as well as the PS one Classic Final Fantasy V, will go for free later this month.

The Simpsons Arcade Game will be offered for free on February 7, along with Inferno Pool, the PS one Classic Final Fantasy V and two PS minis named Hungry Giraffe and Gold Medalist. On this date, fans will also be provided with early access to the demo of The House of the Dead III which comes with PS Move support.

The following week will see Plus members getting a free download of Far Cry 2, which will be valid for just that particular week. Battle Fantasia, Fatal Inertia, Hamsterball, Mahjong Tales: Ancient Wisdom and Supersonic Acrobatic Rocket Powered Battle Cars will be the other games released on February 14.

On February 21, the Sega Genesis Bundle will go live and be made available for free to Plus subscribers. Furthermore, individual downloads of Altered Beast, Comix Zone, Golden Axe, Sonic 1, Sonic 2 and Streets of Rage 2 will also be acquirable at no cost. Throughout the week, Plus members will even receive full game trials of Grand Theft Auto IV (February 14), Deus Ex: Human Revolution (February 21), Tom Clancy’S H.A.W.X 2 (February 21) and Battlefield: Bad Company 2 (February 28).
