Sony Trying to Fix PSN Woes

Sony’s PlayStation Network and Qriocity services for the PS3 have been plagued by serious problems of late. Seemingly, the company has been on its heels as it is trying to investigate the matter. A post on the official PlayStation blog has reported that the company is now re-building the system for doing away with its recent issues.

It has been revealed that the constant problem encountered by the PSN and Qriocity services has been due to what is referred to as ”˜an external intrusion’ on the system. Although the source of this intrusion is not known yet, the company has been attempting to unmask the faces behind these problems. A couple of days ago, it turned off the system and Qriocity for fixing the hassle but it seems to have unraveled deeper troubles.

According to the gaming giant, they are ”˜working round the clock’ for re-instating both these systems. While doing so, they also plan to fortify the existing infrastructure which is expected to yield better results. Even though the process has been termed as ”˜time-consuming’, it is plugged to offer greater support to the system’s security network.

We hope that the company soon comes up with a solution so that gaming enthusiasts can set out on a ride through the PlayStation Network all over again.
