Sometime in the second half of 2009, Worms 2: Armageddon was released on the Xbox Live Arcade. Recently, Developer Team17 has launched the title for the PS3 platform through PlayStation Network across SCEE territories.

PS3 owners can indulge in the world of Worms through an in-depth single-player Campaign Mode as well as online and offline multi-player modes. Displaying graphics in full 1080p, the title has been touted to flaunt superior visuals with full trophy support and customization options.
The game sports several gameplay modes such as beginner, intermediate, pro, races and others. Players can also unlock Sackboy, Motorstorm, Lemmings, Helghast and Buzz hats while the new enhanced landcape generator will create unlimited random level design. Besides, PSN members can sneak into this game via a free trial prior to unlocking the entire game.
The game is now available through the PlayStation Network for 11.99 GBP (approx. Rs. 857) and 14.99 Euro (approx. Rs. 884).
