Inferno Pool is the game from developer Dark Energy Digital, and has already launched on the European PlayStation Network Store about five months ago. Now Rob Hewson, Senior Creative Designer at Dark Energy Digital, sends word via the PlayStation Blog that Inferno Pool will be coming to the US PlayStation Network Store this Thursday.
The game took European gamers by storm and several dedicated forums showed up regarding tips and tricks about the game. Inferno Pool can be played by one to four players either locally or online, and payers can pot balls to fire at opponents, or stockpile balls to unleash and absolute onslaught. The game includes an addictive Endurance Mode as well as Classic Pool modes. Players will have to master jump shots, bank shots, kick shots, combos, and build their multiplier by achieving an unbroken potting streak.
Inferno Pool is scheduled to be made available in North America via the PlayStation Network on Thursday, October 29, 2009, while prices have not been announced.
