When announced two years ago, the Penny Arcade game was supposed to release on the PC, Mac, Linux and the consoles. The game was then announced for the Xbox Live Arcade but nothing for the PS3 gamers! Now Hothead Games has sent word that Penny Arcade Adventures: On the Rain-Slick Precipice of Darkness, Episode One will hit the PlayStation Network.
Vlad Ceraldi, Chief Executive Officer, Hothead Games commented, “We keep getting emails asking why our Penny Arcade game is not on PSN. We have always said we wanted to have our games on as many platforms as possible to give choice to gamers. All good things take time and we are very excited to be debuting our first PS3 title and look forward to bringing more games to this platform in the future.”
Penny Arcade Adventures: On the Rain-Slick Precipice of Darkness, Episode One for the PSN is presently under development and will be out in late Fall 2008. Hothead Games has stated that the role-playing game will be priced in line with the other versions of the game.
