Japanese gamers are one lucky lot! Sony Computer Entertainment keeps on announcing new things in Japan, be it the PS2 or their current generation console, the PlayStation 3. Now Sony Computer Entertainment Japan (SCEJ) has sent word that they would be launching an 80GB PS3 with DualShock 3 wireless controller in Japan.
The 80GB PS3 will be available in three basic colors, Clear Black, Ceramic White and Satin Silver. SCEJ has also revealed a limited offer, wherein Gran Turismo 5 Prologue Spec III for the PS3 will come bundled with it. Not only that they also revealed the PS3 LittleBigPlanet Dream Box bundle that will feature the game, an 80GB PS3 and DualShock 3 wireless controller. That’s not all, they also unveiled a LittleBigPlanet DualShock 3 bundle pack.
The 80GB PS3 will be rolled out in Japan on October 30, 2008. It will cost 39,980 yen (approx. Rs. 19, 580). As for the LittleBigPlanet Dream Box bundle, it will come with a price tag of 44,980 yen (approx. Rs. 22, 030). The LittleBigPlanet DualShock 3 bundle pack will cost 7980 yen (approx. Rs. 3910).
