With the dawn of 2011, Activision Publishing offered fans of DJ Hero 2 an extended Mix List that comprised the Trance Anthems Mix Pack featuring the likes of Paul Oekenfold, Ferry Corsten and Paul van Dyk. Just last month, the company enabled gamers to spin, scratch and fade to songs composed by the Australian rock band Pendulum.
Activision now calls on fans of the acclaimed franchise to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day by remixing and scratching to the Indie Hip Hop Mix Pack that enters the foot-tapping mix list. The latest offering features the track ‘The Best Day’ by Atmosphere (Remix by FSG) as well as ‘Party Hard’ by The Perceptionists ft. Guru & Camu Tao mixed with ‘Ghostwriter’ by RJD2. Adding to this pair is ‘My World Premiere’ by Charizma & Peanut Butter Wolf mixed with ‘The Red (Instrumental)’ by Jaylib.
The three new mixes fade onto the gaming arena in the form of the Indie Hip Hop Mix Pack. The latest inclusions can be acquired on the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 for a price of 640 Microsoft Points and 7.99 USD (approx. Rs. 361) respectively via the Xbox Live Marketplace and PlayStation Store. Nintendo Wii owners can take complete advantage of the tracks in the form of downloadable singles which are tagged at 300 Wii Points each.
