Activision’s recent revelation about the declining popularity of games based on the musical genre seems to have put their future in the shade. Nevertheless, the company has unleashed new tracks for their hit DJ Hero 2, allowing gamers to groove along fresh harmonious tunes while brushing aside such worries.
Last month, the publisher expanded the game’s mix list with the Trance Anthems DLC Pack. Now, players can spin, scratch and fade songs composed by the Australian rock band Pendulum on the DJ Hero 2 platform. Whether it’s a house party or a DJ battle in the neighborhood, gamers will be able to show off their skills by creating crisp mixes with ‘Watercolor’, ‘Salt in The Wounds’ and ‘Set Me on Fire’ from the troupe.
Xbox 360 owners can download the Pendulum Mix Pack from the Xbox Live Marketplace by redeeming 640 MS Points. The PlayStation Store flaunts this new bundle at 6.29 GBP (approx. Rs. 459) whereas the DLC’s Wii version is up for grabs with a price tag of 300 Wii Points.
