Early last December, Konami came around with a surprise for Microsoft’s gaming system by announcing the return of its simulation franchise. The latest DanceDanceRevolution chapter is finally here to unfold innovative house parties for Xbox 360 owners. Revisiting the console after quite some time, it has been infused with engrossing and interactive gameplay.

Whether players wish to challenge a friend or call for a group performance, this installment of the game has been packed with varying modes for delivering all-round dancing action. Its Dance Off mode enables approximately four gamers to sequentially flaunt their skills on the dance mat. The incorporated Club Mode tests enthusiasts by playing around four to 20 tracks with differing levels of difficulty.
The immersive nature of this groovy realm has been further strengthened with a feature dubbed Visual Jockey. It is said to engulf screens with standard up, down, right and left arrows as well as the newly included diagonal arrows in the Challenge level. Flashing enhanced graphics, the title has been attuned to the Xbox Live Vision camera. This allows gamers to watch themselves and their friends on screen while grooving along jazzy beats.
With over 20 licensed tracks in the roster, its library comprises compositions such as ”˜Celebration’ by Kool and the Gang, Paramore’s ”˜Crushcrushcrush’ and ”˜Bad Romance’ from Lady Gaga’s assortment. In addition, the title is also inundated with over 30 original songs composed by Konami’s in-house artists. Besides, more renditions are expected to arrive soon by way of the Xbox Live.
Wrapped with a dance mat controller, DanceDanceRevolution is now available across retail stores for 39.99 USD (approx. Rs. 1,778).
