As dark clouds gather and skies turn gloomy, fighter aircrafts from the Ace Combat series will launch a heavy aerial assault. Namco Bandai Games Europe has announced the arrival of Ace Combat Assault Horizon for the Xbox 360 and PS3 in 2011. Assuring to unveil an intense aerial battle, this new title is expected to document another milestone in the series.
Touted to unlock a new dimension, this new installment will display real life-like graphics. The game will allow players to don the role of lethal fighter pilots who can zoom high in the sky at maximum speeds. This action-packed war drama will span across the globe, knitting a new web of a superior video game experience for players.
Kazutoki Kono, Producer at Project Aces, Namco Bandai Games, commented, “For us, this is a rebirth of the Ace Combat series, and a chance for us to take the series in a completely new direction. The online multiplayer mode will enable gamers to fly in the blazing sky with several other aircrafts. This chapter is said to have been developed from ground up with the employment of new technology. The innovative features infused into this title will set gamers on an exciting mid-air ride.
Ace Combat Assault Horizon has been slated for a 2011 release across EMEA and Asia Pacific, except Japan.
