World of Zoo from THQ Ships to American Retailers

THQ has announced that its new IP, World of Zoo has shipped to retail stores across the US for the Wii, Nintendo DS and the PC. The game allows players to explore the zoo in new creative ways, and they can care for their favourite wild animals and create their own exhibits, all this while learning about the animals from fun facts provided by National Geographic.

The National Geographic fun facts are something that animal lovers of all ages will enjoy and parents will appreciate.”

World of Zoo has almost a hundred animals to tend to, and even features an Animal Creator feature with which players can create and customize an unlimited number of animals. Each animal has a unique personality and behaves differently, and players will have to earn the trust of their animal.

Developed by Blue Fang, World of Zoo is available for the Wii for a price of 39.99 USD (approx. Rs. 1,860), for the Nintendo DS for a price of 29.99 USD (approx. Rs. 1,400) and for the Windows PC for a price of 19.99 USD (approx. Rs. 930).
