Dungeon Defenders Offers New DLC, Goes 50 Percent Off on Steam

After celebrating Halloween with a new set of content, the folks over at Trendy Entertainment have decided to announced the release of three more DLCs for Dungeon Defenders as part of their Thanksgiving celebrations. Moreover, under the Steam Autumn Sale, this RPG will be made available with a 50 percent price cut for a limited time period on the download service.

First among the three DLCs is titled The Great Turkey Hunt. It involves players chasing packs of turkeys to get hold of their Thanksgiving meat, while the dangerous Dark Elf Warriors and the gigantic Mega Turkey are out to protect these birds. A range of costumes – Pilgrim, Turkey Outfit, Pocahontas and Conquistador will be up for grabs through this DLC, which will be free for download till December 2.

A new Dungeon Defenders Hero Pack too retails on Steam currently, providing gamers with the ability to play as the gender-swapped versions of the main characters. These characters will be equipped with new abilities, stat ramps, and more. They are named The Initiate, The Countess, The Ranger and The Adept, and posses their own unique abilities.

The final DLC is called the Warping Core Challenge Pack and comprises four new warping core missions. These challenges take place on Royal Gardens, Castle Armory Hall of Court and Endless Spires and can be used by gamers to acquire the unique loot which is on offer through the DLC.

The 50 percent price cut on Dungeon Defenders means that the game is currently available for purchase at 7.49 USD (approx. Rs. 391) via Steam. While the The Great Turkey Hunt can be downloaded for free before December 2, the Dungeon Defenders Hero Pack and the Warping Core Challenge Pack retail at 4.99 USD (approx. Rs. 260) and 1.99 USD (approx. Rs. 103) respectively.
