Now we have word that Dragon Age: Origins will be getting some more downloadable role playing adventures early next month. BioWare has announced the DLC Leliana’s Song which casts players as Leliana, a young bard who gets involved in a criminal ring dealing with political secrets. As things unfold, Leliana finds herself caught up in a game of intrigue, while on a high-risk mission with her mentor, Marjolaine. She can no longer use her beauty, charm or stealth to escape with her life, and must kill to get out of the twisted game in which she is entangled.

Leliana’s Song, a sort of prequel downloadable content, lets Dragon Age: Origins players explore her past and find out why she joined the Chantry. It features a fully voiced cinematic experience and the ability to unlock a unique reward for use in the Origins or Awakening campaign.

The Dragon Age: Origins DLC Leliana’s Song will be made available on July 6, 2010 for 7 USD (approx. Rs. 320).
