PS Plus Game Catalog Gets Just Cause 4, Devil May Cry 5, And Many More

Sony will soon update the PS Plus Game Catalog with 12 new games that include Just Cause 4: Reloaded and Devil May Cry 5: Special Edition. These will be accessible to the top two tiers of the PS Plus membership perpetually or until Sony removes them from the Catalog.

January 17 is when all the titles will be added to the PS Plus Game Catalog, which includes around 400 games PS4 and PS5 games for members to download and play.

Out of the 12 games, 9 will be accessible to PS Plus Extra subscribers, while all 12 will be accessible to Premium (Deluxe) members. As we said,  Just Cause 4: Reloaded and Devil May Cry 5: Special Edition are headlining the lineup.

The other games include Back 4 Blood, the zombie-based co-op shooter considered a spiritual successor to the Left 4 Dead series. Fighting game fans have 2018’s Dragon Ball FighterZ to look forward to, while 2021’s exploration game Jett: The Far Shore is also present.

Life is Strange as well as Life is Strange: Before the Storm are being added to the Game Catalog. The two critically-acclaimed adventure games still remain big favorites of fans of the genre. Omno and Erica are the other two games that are accessible to PS Plus Extra members.

PS Plus Premium (Deluxe) subscribers have gotten all the games listed above, as well as three Classics in the form of Syphon Filter 3, Star Wars Demolition, and Hot Shots Golf 2.

Sony’s PS Plus splintered into three different plans this year to help it better compete with the Xbox Game Pass. While the Essential plan only offers online multiplayer and monthly free games, Extra adds the Game Catalog. Premium (Deluxe) adds the Classics Catalogue and free Game Trials.
