Minh Le, one of the co-creators of Counter-Strike has said that he has seen concept art of HL3, and he has moreover also mentioned having seen Left 4 Dead 3 in action.
In a Twitch interview with goRGNtv, Le made it clear that Valve is indeed working on Half-Life 3 and that he has seen the concept art of this game. But at the same time, he didn’t mention anything about a playable build which could mean that the game is still in its concept stages. Then again, it is also possible that a build exists but Le didn’t get to see it. Like all HL3 news reports then, this one too gives very little away.
About Left 4 Dead 3, he has said that it ‘looks great.’ Nothing about this game too has been seen till date. But its existence is almost imminent, just like that of Portal 3.
