Silent Hill Homecoming for PC Announced by Konami

Silent Hill Homecoming Last year at E3 2007, Konami announced Silent Hill V for the current generation consoles. The game, which is now known as Silent Hill Homecoming, was supposed to release on the Xbox 360 and the PS3. Now Konami has announced that Silent Hill Homecoming will also release for the PC.

Silent Hill Homecoming follows Alex Shepherd as he investigates the sudden vanishing of his brother and the weird happenings taking place around the town. The game has all-new graphics as well as an improved combat system, which offers a wide selection of attacks and counters. The survival horror game will also features deadly puzzles and an assortment of weapons.

Silent Hill Homecoming for the PC will be out in September 2008 and will be available as a digital download through Steam. Music composer Akira Yamaoka has provided an all-new soundtrack for Silent Hill Homecoming.
