As you all know, gaming tournaments are becoming very popular with not only hardcore gamers, but also amongst a lot of non gamers! Gear up for one more gaming tournament as the Kode5 gaming championship is on its way to Mumbai. They have collaborated with Kreeda Games, who are their official gaming partners in India.
Lester Lau, KODE5 Revolutionary-in-Command said, “India is burgeoning country for e-sports, and KODE5 is proud to bring a really international event to the region. Working with Kreeda will help spread the message of competitive gaming to those in India for the good of the sport.”

The Kode5 Grand Finals will be held in Moscow, Russia. But before that, gamers in India will have to fight it out at the India leg of the Kode5 Gaming Championship. The two-day event will begin from February 21, 2008 in Mumbai at the Ajivasan Hall, near SNDT College in Juhu.
Gamers will be competing on Warcraft III and Counter Strike 1.6. Besides that, the gaming event will see the crowning of the National danceMELA Hotstepper. And it doesn’t stop at that; gamers can expect a gaming expo kind of an atmosphere too. There will be stalls and a live DJ.
