A few weeks ago, we had reported that an expansion pack for the Sword of the Stars strategy game would be released. Lighthouse Interactive has announced that they will come out with the Born of Blood add-on for the title in May 2007.
Erik Schreuder, CEO, Lighthouse Interactive states, “Developer Kerberos are in the middle of the final phase of development and are preparing for a beta test, the outcome of which will establish a final release date. Right now it looks very much like the middle or end of May for fans willing to buy it online.”
They have also confirmed that the release will start with direct download sales, followed by boxed online and retail sales a few weeks later. The Sword of the Stars: Born of Blood has been developed by Kerberos Productions.
