First up, we have Wave Race 64 (1000 Wii Points)! The aquatic racing game was first released in 1997 on the Nintendo 64. Gamers must not only try to thump other racers but also find their way around awkwardly-placed buoys at the same time as performing tricks to earn points. It has four different modes including two player, a stunt challenge and time trials.

Then we have Cratermaze (600 Wii Points), a Turbografx game that debuted in 1990. Gamers take on the role of Opi who is badly seeking his friends that have been kidnapped by the wicked Zenzombie’s henchman. Kublai Opi must travel through time looking for his friends and gather wealth to permit him to enter the next timezone. The game features 60 rounds of mazes to navigate. Gamers will come across several enemies, which they must overcome by digging holes to drop them into.

Both, Wave Race 64 and Cratermaze have been released on the American Virtual Console. Wave Race 64 and Cratermaze are now on the list of 123 classic titles already available for the Virtual Console in Europe.
