You have seen the movie and you may have played the video game. However, there is one more Spider-Man video game in the pipeline. Activision has just launched a teaser website, which is called “Spider-Man: Friend or Foe”.
The website has a tagline, “A new twist on the legend; a new take on the movies.” It also shows slides of Spider-Man taking on the Green Goblin. But the website is still under construction and visitors are given an option to register for game updates, contests and giveaways. The tagline does seem appropriate as in the new Spider-Man movie, Peter Parker explores his dark side as he battles not two but three villains.
The Spider-Man: Friend or Foe will be out in Fall 2007 but there is no word on which platforms will the game debut. There is a possibility that it could hit all the major consoles.
