Panic on Funkotron, World Sports Competition and Kid Chameleon Hitting the European VC

This week, Nintendo has decided to open the Sega vault for the European Wii gamers. ToeJam and Earl in Panic on Funkotron, World Sports Competition and Kid Chameleon will be available this week on the European Virtual Console.

ToeJam and Earl in Panic on Funkotron (800 Wii Points):

This game from SEGA is a side-scrolling platform adventure title where two idiosyncratic aliens must rescue planet Funkotron from an assault of cheeky earthlings. The only way they can do this is by grasping them in jars and posting them back to Earth at the end of each level!

World Sports Competition (600 Wii Points):

Before there was Wii Sports, there was World Sports Competition. This Turbografx classic was released in 1992 and features heats in archery, rowing and shooting as well as track events. The VC version includes support for five player multiplayer.

Kid Chameleon (800 Wii Points):

This Sega Mega Drive classic debuted in 1992. The action platformer sees gamers play through up to 100 levels to rescue missing kids from an evil video game boss called Heady Metal. On the way, gamers will find supernatural masks which alter them into nine super-powered characters.

Kid Chameleon was released last week on the American Virtual Console. ToeJam and Earl in Panic on Funkotron, World Sports Competition and Kid Chameleon will join the list of 92 classic titles already available for the European Virtual Console.
