GhostSlayer, Family Go-Kart Racing Available on American WiiWare

Strange, this week as Nintendo reveals it downloads we notice that there aren’t any Virtual Console titles. And only three WiiWare titles make it to the Nintendo Download. The WiiWare games for the week include GhostSlayer, which features Wii MotionPlus functionality, Mouse House, and Family Go-Kart Racing.

Family Go-Kart Racing

GhostSlayer is from Gevo Entertainment and for one player. The game delivers a thrilling ghost-fighting experience in a world filled with ghosts which you must defeat using your sword. The game has three levels of difficulty and you can unlock new swords and acquire special techniques. GhostSlayer is available and can be downloaded for 600 Wii Points.

Next up on WiiWare is the game Mouse House from Big John Games also for one player. A fast-paced logic puzzle game, Mouse House will have you, a mouse, collecting cheese in each of the game’s 100 challenging puzzles, with obstacles and perils. The game combines simple controls with multiple levels of challenge, and perfect for players of all ages. Mouse House is available for 600 Wii Points.

Rounding up this week’s Nintendo offering to Wii gamers is the game Family Go-Kart Racing from publisher Aksys Games. The family of Billy, Sarah, Daddy and Mommy, is back with some new additions, Auntie and Gramps. Playable by up to four players, Family Go-Kart Racing features six karts and 12 exciting tracks to take on. In Time Attack you can beat your previously set high scores. Or you could just take on the entire family in a full Grand Prix. You can try out all sorts of antics on Snowy Slopes, in the World Bazaar or on the Go-Go Rollercoaster. You also have a few tricks at your disposal. Items like Acceleration and Lightening can be used to leave your opponents in the dust, while the Bowling Bomb can be used to strike out the kart ahead of you. Family Go-Kart Racing is available for 500 Wii Points.
