Naruto Shippuden: Clash of Ninja Revolution 3 Goes Gold

Naruto Shippuden: Clash of Ninja Revolution 3 is the second installment in the Clash of the Ninja Revolution series. And now Tomy Corporation has announced that Naruto Shippuden: Clash of Ninja Revolution 3 for the Wii has gone gold and will ship to American retail in November. Exclusively developed for the Nintendo Wii, the game is based on the hit animated show from VIZ Media.

“Clash of Ninja Revolution 3 delivers a highly competitive 3D fighting game on Wii with a huge roster and for the first time Wi-Fi multiplayer modes, giving players hours of replayability for just $39.99,” Laura Yoshioka, director of consumer software at Tomy Corporation said. “The game is the latest in the critically acclaimed Clash of Ninja series and features a multitude of new content and upgrades that gamers of all abilities will appreciate and enjoy.”

The 35 plus playable character cast in the game features the new grown-up look, and the game follows the story of the popular series, which comes to television this fall. Wi-Fi multiplayer functionality is featured in the game which offers over forty 3D environments and nine completely new stages. The brand new Wi-Fi battle mode lets players take the fight online while they battle in head-to-head or in two-man squad matches. A solid versus mode and 4 player tag team battles are other modes in the game.

Naruto Shippuden: Clash of Ninja Revolution 3 for the Wii is expected to be available at retail stores on November 17, 2009. The standard edition will be available for a price of 39.99 USD (approx. Rs. 1,895) while the limited edition, which includes Naruto Shippuden The Movie on DVD, will cost 49.99 USD (approx. Rs. 2,370). The limited edition of the game can be pre-order exclusively at GameStop.
