Family Tennis on WiiWare, Last Ninja 2 on Virtual Console

This week, as part of the Nintendo Download we have two WiiWare titles, two DSiWare titles and one Virtual Console Title touching down. Family Tennis and You, Me, and the Cubes are available as WiiWare, Clubhouse Games Express: Strategy Pack and MySims Camera are available as DSiWare and Last Ninja 2 hits the VC.

You Me Cubes

You, Me, and the Cubes for WiiWare is a physics-based action puzzler which focuses on the Fallos, human-like creatures with the ability to balance on a playing field of 3D cubes. Create and fling the Fallos in appropriate places using the Wii remote. The key is to get the Fallos in positions to balance the playing field. But fling them too far from where they are needed and they roll off. You, Me, and the Cubes is from Nintendo for one or two players and can be purchased for 1000 Wii Points.

Family Tennis

Family Tennis is from Aksys Games for one to four players. The game sees the return of Daddy, Mommy, Sarah and Billy for some fact-paced tennis action, and features three modes, Elimination Match, Free Match, and Thrilling Rally. Players can battle against the computer or with friends. In Elimination Match players compete against the computer to test their skills, while in Free Match, they can play against others. The Thrilling Rally mode lets four players join in the action to see who can reach 100 points first. Family Tennis is available for 500 Wii Points.

Clubhouse Games Express: Strategy Pack is the first DSiWare title this week and is the DSiWare version of the popular Clubhouse Games. Turncoat, Backgammon, Connect Five, Field Tactics and Grid Attack are available in this DSiWare title. Clubhouse Games Express: Strategy Pack can be played by up to eight players and is available for 500 Nintendo DSi Points.

MySims Camera

MySims Camera is the second offering on DSiWare this week and is from Electronic Arts. The camera application features MySims characters and users can overlay 3D MySims onto pictures taken. The 3D MySims characters can be moved, scaled, cropped and rotated and even animated. The pictures can be saved to the Nintendo DSi Camera album and shared with friends. MySims Camera is available for 200 Nintendo DSi Points.

Lastly, the game on the Virtual Console is Last Ninja 2, which was initially for the Commodore 64 platform. The evil Shogun Kunitoki who was beaten earlier, has gathered mystic powers and has created modern day tyranny in Manhattan. Players must confront and defeat Kunitoki using all their ninja skills. Last Ninja 2 is available for 500 Wii Points.
