Some weeks ago, we had reported that Fatal Frame IV for the Nintendo Wii would be released in the month of July this year in Japan. It was expected that Tecmo would be showcasing the survival horror game at E3 2008. But there was no Fatal Frame IV and Rygar: The Battle of Argus at Tecmo’s booth at this year’s E3.
Now Tecmo has released a statement about the absence of games like Fatal Frame IV and Rygar at E3 2008 that says, “Several of you asked about Tecmo’s other titles that have been announced in Japan which were not on display at the show. Fatal Frame 4 (Wii) will be published by Nintendo, so please contact your Nintendo PR contact for further information. Rygar: The Battle of Argus (Wii) is in development and we are planning to provide more information this fall.”
Fatal Frame IV will be out for the Nintendo Wii next week in Japan. The game will be published by Nintendo in the land of the rising sun but there are speculations that Nintendo of America could get Fatal Frame IV to Norht America. As for Rygar: The Battle of Argus for the Wii, apparently more details about the game could be released at TGS.
