One thing about game titles that come with peripherals is the price, as most of the time such games are a tad expensive. Now Nintendo of America has sent word about the pricing details of Wii Fit. It will release in a month’s time and will have the Wii Balance Board accessory.
Wii Fit features more than forty yoga, aerobics, strength training and balance activities. It offers a fun, easy and affordable way to incorporate exercise into their daily routines. The game sets up individual fitness goals as well as tracks their progress over time. Wii Fit has training categories like Hula Hoop, Ski Jump and even a Press-up Challenge.
Wii Fit has been slapped with a price tag of $89.99 (approx. Rs. 3600) by Nintendo. It will be available at Nintendo World store starting on May 19, 2008 in North America. But gamers who pre-order Wii Fit from the Nintendo World store in Rockefeller Plaza in NY will get a special bonus item as the first thousand consumers will get a Wii Fit T-shirt that has an image an autograph of Shigeru Miyamoto.
Wii Fit has done very well internationally and sold some 1.4 million copies in Japan since it was launched last year. As for Europe, the game releases there on April 25, 2008. It has been priced GBP 69.99 in the UK (approx. Rs. 5490) and EUR 89.99 (approx. Rs. 5670) in the rest of Europe.
