Gamers who have Mighty Switch Force! installed on their 3DS systems can now get the game updated with five new bonus levels which were released through this week’s Nintendo downloadable games. Game & Watch Gallery 2 also releases for the 3DS, along with a DSiWare named Snakenoid Deluxe and a 3D trailer of Madagascar 3 for the Nintendo Video service.
Aside from the five bonus levels, the updated Mighty Switch Force! also proffers enhanced stereoscopic effects to all previous levels and a ‘Retry’ button for dedicated speed runners. Gamers who already own the title will be able to download this update for free through the eShop. Others who wish to buy the puzzle platformer newly can do so by paying 5.99 USD (approx. Rs. 335).
Game & Watch Gallery 2 brings with it original and enhanced versions of five Game & Watch handheld titles. These include Parachute, Helmet, Chef, Vermin and Donkey Kong. While the classic versions will be rendered in their original forms, the modern versions feature fan favorite characters as well as improved play control, color and sound effects.
Snakenoid Deluxe, which is out now for the DSi, has been described by its maker to be a blend of classic game concepts. Players will be asked to control a snake on the lower screen using the stylus, and try to use it to bounce the ball destroying boulders on the upper screen. It comprises three different game modes, namely Arcade, Challenge and Unlimited.
Game & Watch Gallery 2 from this week’s Nintendo downloadable games can be purchased now exclusively for the 3DS at 3.99 USD (approx. Rs. 220). Snakenoid Deluxe on the other hand, sells at 500 Points and 4.99 USD (approx. Rs. 280) on the DSi Shop and the eShop, respectively.
