This week’s roster of Nintendo downloadable games kicks in a rather long list of new releases that are being highlighted by Johnny Kung Fu and two more entrants to the company’s 8-bit summer promotion. Mighty Switch Force!, which was launched for the 3DS back in December last year is available at a discounted price of 2.99 USD (approx. Rs. 165) till tomorrow.
Johnny Kung Fu is an action adventure game featuring brawler elements and a ‘rescue the girlfriend’ story. It can be purchased for the 3DS from the eShop at a price of 5.99 USD (approx. Rs. 330). Kirby’s Pinball Land and The Sword of Hope II are the two 8-bit summer offerings available now for the 3DS. These Game Boy classics are purchasable at 3.99 USD (approx. Rs. 220) and 2.99 USD (approx. Rs. 165).
The final 3DS title to enter this week’s downloads is Sweet Memories – Blackjack, which is a card game allowing users to play blackjack with a number of different girls. It sells on the eShop at 3.99 USD (approx. Rs. 220). Wii owners also have something to dive into, as Frogger: Hyper Arcade Edition and The King of Fighters ’96 have been launched for the console. While the former proffers players with classic as well as fresh game modes, the latter is a Virtual Console port of the original 1996 title. They are available at 700 and 900 Points, respectively.
Two new titles release for the DS with this week’s Nintendo downloadable games, priced at 200 Points each. The first one – Candle Route, involves more than one hundred puzzle-filled levels drawn with crayons. The second one on the other hand, is an action adventure game asking players to solve math equations in order to progress.
