Mythic Entertainment, an EA division has announced that a new free trial for their fantasy MMORPG Warhammer Online: Age of Reckoning is available. The free trial lasts exactly ten days and invites WAR fans to do a little more killing in the game’s vast cities and to experience the Realm vs. Realm combat. “A call to arms has been issued! With the new free trial we are making it possible for everyone to experience non-stop Realm vs. Realm combat wrapped up in a next generation MMO,” stated Mark Jacobs, VP and General Manager of Mythic Entertainment. “What started out as a great game has only gotten better as the team has added an incredible amount of content with our first live expansion. For gamers that have yet to experience the glory of WAR, there is no better time to join the battle!”
Those who sign-up for the free 10-day trial will be eligible to take part in the live Bitter Rivals event putting them on track to unlock the not-yet-released Orc Choppa and Dwarf Slayer careers.
Warhammer Online: Age of Reckoning released in September 2008, has received many accolades including MMO of the Year. The game lets players pick sides to do battle with hordes of monstrous creatures. Invading enemy land, burning fortresses to the ground and unleashing destruction upon opposing cities is just part of everyday life in the massive online RPG title.
