Xbox One’s possible game-changer, Titanfall is all set to be released on March 11, and as we inch closer to its launch, fresh news about the game is cropping up day after day. Today, we have word that its developers have prepped up a Season Pass for its future DLC and also a Digital Deluxe Edition exclusive to PC gamers. While the former has been priced at 24.99 USD (approx. Rs 1,535), the latter has its cost set at 79.99(approx. Rs 4,915).
The Titanfall Season Pass will of course be sold separately, but will only be available for the Xbox One and the Xbox 360. Those who wish to purchase it for PC will have to get the Digital Deluxe Edition which contains the game as well as the Season Pass. Three content packs will be granted free access to, to all those who own this membership. This will also result in 5 USD (approx. Rs 310) worth of savings against purchasing the packs separately.
Those who have already pre-ordered the normal version of Titanfall on Origin and wish to convert it to the Digital Deluxe version have been advised by the developers to contact EA Help. This much anticipated game is a multiplayer-only offering, and Microsoft is leaving no stone unturned to ensure its safe passage. The company has even tweaked the Xbox One controller’s features at the request of the game’s developers.
This in no doubt proves that Titanfall is the most important game for the console right now. Let us wait for March 11, and see how it fares.
