Capcom Digital Collection Available Now for Xbox 360

Gamers residing in North America can get themselves the new Capcom Digital Collection which was released by the company recently. This value added set of eight games is being doled out through retail, and contains Capcom-published titles which were earlier launched in the form of digital downloads.

1942: Joint Strike is the first game in the collection. This 2008 offering is a vertical scrolling shooter, and features a single-player as well as a co-op mode. The next entrant is the much successful Bionic Commando Rearmed 2, a platformer which was released early last year. In January, 2012, the game made its way into our list of the 12 best Xbox Live Arcade games.

Capcom Digital Collection 2

Final Fight Double Impact is the XBLA version of the original classic, and comprises a number of graphic filters, an arcade cabinet view, online drop-in multiplayer as well as an arranged soundtrack. Flock!, the 2009 puzzler which is also available through PSN and Steam, makes it to the collection as well. Rocketmen: Axis of Evil is the fifth game in the set. This top-down shooter will come equipped with the It Came From Uranus expansion that is usually sold separately.

Super Puzzle Fighter II Turbo HD Remix was launched via Xbox Live in 2007, as a high-definition remake of the original hit. This puzzler is also included in the collection along with Super Street Fighter II Turbo HD Remix, the much loved 2008 release developed by Backbone Entertainment. The final title in the list is Wolf of the Battlefield: Commando 3 which offers run and gun action as well as co-op multiplayer.

The Capcom Digital Collection can be purchased now through retail stores at a price of 39.99 USD (approx. Rs. 2,030).
