According to IGN, an ad from Walmart supposedly shows the new Elite system having no HDMI cable and component cable. The former cable seems to be replaced with a composite. There is also alleged news that the Pro unit would soon discontinue and so retailers would be selling the remaining Pro units for just $249.99 (approx. Rs.12,230).

For Canadian residents, the Elite unit along with both Halo 3 and a wireless adapter are apparently selling for $349.99 (approx. Rs.15,699) Canadian dollars and may be selling at a Circuit City affiliate known as The Source.

There are also new revelations doing its rounds on the Internet saying that Target will be selling the leftover Pro units for $249.99 and Elite for $299 (approx. Rs.14,615) with a free game controller. Best Buy may also sell their remaining Pro and Elite units for $249 and $299 however without any extra offerings. It also may be possible that both Walmart and Meijer don’t have any extra Pro units for $249.99.
