We definitely have the power to run Metal Gear Solid 4: Microsoft

Some two days ago, Konami had apparently said that they were looking into an Xbox 360 version of Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots. But this was contrary to the statement made by them in December 2006 that MGS4 was going to be exclusive to Sony’s current generation console, the PS3.

However, now Microsoft has come out and said that their present generation console, the Xbox 360 does have to power to run Metal Gear Solid 4. Speaking with MCV UK, John Schappert, the corporate VP of Live, Software and Services at Microsoft explained, “I can’t speak on behalf of Konami, but I can shed more light on the fact that we definitely have the power to run MGS4.”

According to the Microsoft executive, there are many recent examples that are on their platform but aren’t on the PS3. He stated that they have got an astonishing amount of graphics power and horsepower.
