Gamers in India will finally get their hands on Xbox 360 console! Microsoft today announced that it would launch the Xbox 360 in launched in India, Brazil, Chile in this year.
Microsoft announced this at a press conference at the Electronic Entertainment Expo (E3), the largest, yearly conference for the interactive entertainment industry.
Chris Lewis, Regional Vice President for EMEA Home and Entertainment Division said, “We’re very excited to be bringing Xbox 360 to gamers in more countries in Europe and Africa.”
“These are increasing markets for gaming console and Windows gaming and gamers in these markets have been craving Xbox 360. Game publishers are already marketing their games here, and we have great relationships with key retail partners in these regions already.
Xbox 360 will also be making its way to South Africa and will go on sale in Hungary, the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Poland by the end of 2006.
