Mad Catz has recently announced a global launch of its new Cyborg R.A.T. 7 Contagion gaming mouse which is compatible with both PC as well as Mac systems. This is the latest in the R.A.T. series gaming mice that are currently being offered by the company and will be made available for purchase through Apple online stores across North America and Europe.
The white and silver colored metal body of this device has been equipped with a 6400 DPI sensor that is said to enhance its tracking and precision. The R.A.T. series is known for the array of customizations offered by it, and Cyborg R.A.T. 7 Contagion gaming mouse seems to have maintained all these options. Three interchangeable palm rests as well as three pinkie grips, all with their own unique surfaces, make their way onto this device.

This peripheral holds a Precision Aim Mode which is meant chiefly for shooting titles, while five programmable buttons, three Cyborg Mode and four Custom DPI Settings are also present on it, providing gamers with a large selection of customization options.
The Cyborg R.A.T. 7 Contagion gaming mouse is now being offered by Mad Catz through Apple online stores all over Europe and North America. It is priced in the U.S. at 99.95 USD (approx. Rs. 4,925), whereas in the U.K. it retails at 89.95 GBP (approx. Rs. 7,063).
