Now, the company has geared to offer an enhanced gaming treat to players with a new lineup of the Special Edition Afterglow Prismatic series. “E3 2010 was an amazing show for PDP,” notes Gerry Block, Senior Product Manager at the California-based gaming manufacturer. “The critical reception of our Tron, Epic Mickey, Kinect, PlayStation Move, and Nerf product lines was spectacular, but we made a choice to keep the Afterglow Prismatic line in reserve. When we give our fans the first look at the Prismatic controllers during PAX Prime in September, gamers are going to be blown away once again.”

Offering an illuminating experience, the Afterglow Prismatic series will envelope a new gaming adventure for players. This new assortment retains the same design as the original edition of Afterglow controllers but also incorporates unique features. It has been designed to suit the PS3 and the Xbox 360 systems as well as the Nintendo Wii console for which the company has crafted an extra special dual pack. The original product lineup will be expanded with new multicolored controllers.

The Afterglow Prismatic Special Edition series of controllers will be unveiled at the Penny Arcade Expo to be held in Seattle from September, 3-5. In addition, users can procure the new Afterglow controllers in fresh hues from retailers from the fourth quarter of 2010. Pricing details for both the products have been kept under wraps.
