The Siberia v2 features an ‘invisible’ retractable microphone which comes out from the left ear cup, making the headset more travel-friendly and convenient especially for tournament players. The 50 mm speakers amplify bass as well as overall volume giving a frequency response of 10 to 28,000 Hz. The headset has an impedance of 32 Ohms, features 2 3.5 inch jacks and has a 1 m cable with a 2 m extension. The retractable microphone is a 50-16,000 Hz, unidirectional mic.

The Siberia v2 will be offered with and without a USB soundcard. The SteelSeries Siberia v2 Full-size Headset is scheduled to be available around the world in November, with pricing to be announced at a similar time.
