SteelSeries has introduced quite a few gaming peripherals recently including the entry-level Siberia Headphone, the Siberia v2 full-size Headset, and the Aion gaming keyboard and mousepad. Now the company has announced the availability of the SteelSeries Ikari Laser and QcK Mass Limited Edition Sudden Attack gaming gear.
The SteelSeries Ikari Laser Mouse features unique camouflage print, while the QcK Mass Mousepad has graphics from the popular online FPS game, Sudden Attack. The gaming gear has been specifically designed and built for use with the FPS game, helping gamers immerse themselves in the battle between the United Great Forces and the rebels from Tanziriro Liberation Front.
“Sudden Attack has an excellent reputation and is well known throughout Korea for its combination of fast and free game play. When we were approached by GameHi to design co-branded gear for their player community, we wanted to design and sell peripherals that would not only look the part, but also offer technology that can be personalized and help improve the way users play the game,” Bruce Hawver, SteelSeries CEO stated.
The SteelSeries Ikari Laser mouse has programmable macros for RTS and MMO gamers, and a high-precision sensor with 40,000 samples per second. The advanced SteelSeries XY2 laser engine supports resolution settings with increments of only one count per inch. This feature lets gamers fine tune the mouse to exactly their personal reaction pattern. It also features the SteelSeries FreeMove which allows the mouse to correct a player’s movement.
The SteelSeries QcK Mass Limited Edition Sudden Attack is a mousepad made of high quality cloth material which has an in-game graphic. It is an extremely thick mousepad which has a specially designed non-slip rubber base. This prevents the mouse pad from slipping and sliding.
The Limited Edition Sudden Attack Ikari Laser Mouse is available for a price of 69.99 euros (approx. Rs. 4,835) while the QcK Mass Mousepad is available for a price of 14.99 euros (approx. Rs. 1,035) online, from the SteelSeries WebShop.
