Extremely popular social deduction game Among Us is all set for a full-fledged console release on December 14. Not only will it arrive on the PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S consoles, but will also be a day entry to the Xbox Game Pass. That isn’t a surprise if you know that it’s already available on the PC version of the Xbox Game Pass.
Among Us will support crossplay across all platforms. The game will cost $4.99, just like on PC and the Nintendo Switch. Physical editions of the game will also be doled out with additional goodies.
First among them is the $29.99 Crewmate Edition that will be released in the UK and Europe on December 14, in Japan and South Korea on December 16, and in Canada, the US, and Latin America on January 11, 2022. It will come with 6 downloadable PC and phone wallpapers, a physical Mira HQ holographic access card, a 3D lenticular case, a sticker sheet, and a Skeld map poster.
An Imposter Edition of Among Us, which will cost $49.99, will arrive in the spring of 2022. It will feature everything from the Crewmate Edition as well as an enamel pin, a lanyard, and a plush toy of a purple crewmate. The Ejected Edition, which will cost $89.99 and also arrive in spring, will grab everything from the Imposter Edition and add a fleece blanket, a limited edition box, and a Red imposter beanie.
All these editions of Among Us are available for pre-order right now for diehard fans. For those who aren’t diehard fans though, the downloadable copies will suffice. While Xbox users will have the advantage of day one Xbox Game Pass access, PlayStation users will get access to exclusive Ratchet & Clank-themed cosmetics that include a skin and a hat to make their characters look like Ratchet, and a pet that looks like Clank.
