Dead Space 3 and Need for Speed: Most Wanted 2 Cataloged by South African Retailer

Infamous for letting slip the Jak and Daxter HD Collection well before its official announcement, South African retailer, BT Games has done it once again by revealing Dead Space 3 and Need for Speed: Most Wanted 2. As expected, the pages for both these titles have been pulled off ever since the news started spreading like wildfire.

Eurogamer was able take notice of these listings first before they did the vanishing act. The website notes that not many details have been made available by the retailer regarding the games, except for the fact that the third main entry to the Dead Space series will be published by EA, and it is highly likely that NFS: Most Wanted 2 will be too. But remember that all this will only be true if what the site has disclosed is legit.

Dead Space 2 was released in early 2011, and was able to grab an overall score of 9.5/10 in our review. This survival horror third-person shooter is known for its scary elements that are set against a sci-fi background. Apart from a campaign mode, it also contains multiplayer offerings, and is available for purchase currently for the PS3, Xbox 360 and PC.

On the other hand, NFS: Most Wanted was launched way back in 2005 on multiple platforms. This open world racing game takes place in the fictitious Rockport City, and features street racing-oriented gameplay, blended with a number of customization traits which were much appreciated in the Need for Speed: Underground series.

Official confirmation on both Dead Space 3 and Need for Speed: Most Wanted 2 is not out as of yet, but we sure hope BT Games is right this time around, just like it was with the Jak and Daxter HD Collection.
