It has been some time since Milestone Games launched its online retail gaming website Game4u. Now in an effort to take things further, Milestone Games has revealed its first gaming retail store, Game4u at Mega Mall in Oshiwara, Mumbai. Present at the launch event were Olympic boxer Vijender Singh, and Bollywood playback singer Suraj Jaggan, along with Jayont R. Sharma – CEO and Chairman of Milestone Interactive Group.
Speaking at the launch of Game4u’s flagship store, Mr. Sharma said, “The positioning of Game4u is – One destination, many worlds, and with the launch of the first store, we endeavor to translate this vision into reality through a yet unmatched game shopping experience for the Indian consumer. We plan to take our vision forward to other major cities in India over the next 2 years and target to open a minimum of fifty stores.”
The retail store is all about delivering an interactive entertainment experience to the customer, something that can be seen by its futuristic design and demo kiosks, as well as a Game4girls section and a Rock Band set-up for social gaming. The store doesn’t just encompass games; it also has a Blu-ray section for HD media buffs.
