Many great video games and animated television series have their own range of toys and you would wonder why the Halo franchise lacks in that department at least as far as a remote control toy range is concerned. But not anymore as OhGizmo is reporting that BigBadToyStore has some Halo-inspired remote control vehicles and will have every fan of the series jumping at the opportunity to own one.
The products are developed by NKOK and include the Halo remote control Mongoose, the Halo remote control Warthog and the Halo IR Control Flying Hornet. The three vehicles have been designed based on the original CGI models created by Bungie Software. The Warthog vehicle features “two Mater Chief figures, ready for the fight” and a mounted machine gun, while the Flying Hornet can actually fly.
The Warthog and the Mongoose will retail for about 23.99 USD (approx. Rs. 1,130) and the Flying Hornet will be available for 38.99 USD (approx. Rs. 1,835). While the Mongoose and the Flying Hornet will arrive in August 2009, the Warthog arrives sometime in July 2009, and all three products can be pre-ordered now from the official BigBadToyStore website.
