Usually if a gaming studio makes a successful racing game, it will continue to go forward with racing games. It is the same with all genres, studios makes games in the genre they are comfortable with. Now CVG is reporting that Dennis Dyack from Silicon Knights has said that their next project will be different from Too Human.
Dennis Dyack is the president of Silicon Knights. In an interview, he said, “We have been lucky enough to make Legacy of Kain, Eternal Darkness, Too Human and if you look at all of those they’re all really different. The next game that we are going to announce, not including the sequels to the trilogy, it’s nothing like anything else we have ever made before.”
The Silicon Knights boss mentioned that the studio wants to continue to do things like that as they want to keep things fresh. Dennis Dyack feels that’s what is important. He pointed out they will not only make sure they have new intellectual properties but also be innovate in the genres they create content in.
