After announcing the participation of legendary voice actors Peter Cullen and Frank Welker for Transformers: The Game, Activision has now declared that Shia LaBeouf and Megan Fox will also feature in the game, which is based on the forthcoming action movie.
Laird Malamed, Head of Production, Activision explains, “Transformers is an incredible franchise with huge global appeal and our objective is to offer a game that speaks to fans of the upcoming movie as well as to G1 fans. We have an unbelievable line-up that includes original talent from the animated TV series and the upcoming film, bringing collectively the best of both worlds.”
Transformers: The Game will let gamers relive their favorite movie moments and go beyond in a movie-inspired plot that has been written with the help of Flint Dille, who wrote the acclaimed “Transformers” animated series. The game is expected to release in summer 2007, around the same time the Transformers movie hits the theaters.
